Qualified Client Eligibility & Access Policy

1. No public or consumer purchasing

Pharma Americas does not offer open public, individual, household, patient, or consumer purchasing through this website. Access is limited to approved representatives of qualified legal organizations. Submission of a program review or possession of credentials does not create a right to an account, quote, order acceptance, inventory, service, or continued relationship.

2. Baseline eligibility

• A valid legal organization with a verifiable name, website or business presence, operating address, business email domain, authorized representative, and legitimate business purpose.
• An organization type and activity appropriate to the requested product or service, such as a healthcare organization, pharmacy organization, research institution, distributor, commercial partner, healthcare brand, or other qualified organization.
• Required licenses, registrations, permits, professional oversight, facilities, personnel, quality systems, import/export authority, and destination authorization for the organization’s actual role.
• A lawful, documented intended use and willingness to provide accurate end-use, end-user, downstream, destination, ownership, and control information.
• Ability to comply with the Terms, payment and credit requirements, product restrictions, documentation, traceability, receiving, storage, complaint, safety, sanctions, export, and anti-diversion obligations.

3. Verification and due diligence

Pharma Americas may verify legal identity, beneficial or controlling parties, address, domain, responsible personnel, professional or facility credentials, authority records, intended use, destination, downstream parties, trade restrictions, website and marketing, references, credit, fraud signals, complaint history, and other facts relevant to eligibility. The scope and frequency are risk-based and may vary by product, service, jurisdiction, transaction, or new information.

Client authorizes reasonable business verification and must provide current, complete, accurate, and non-misleading information. Pharma Americas may contact the organization, issuer, regulator, reference, supplier, or other authoritative source where lawful.

4. Ineligible or prohibited applicants and activity

• Individuals acting for personal, family, household, patient, self-experimentation, bodybuilding, wellness, cosmetic, or other nonbusiness purposes.
• Minors; fictitious, unverifiable, shell, dissolved, impersonated, or unauthorized organizations; shared or disposable identities; or applicants using misleading credentials.
• Parties, owners, controllers, destinations, end users, or transactions subject to applicable sanctions, denied-party restrictions, embargoes, export prohibitions, law-enforcement restrictions, or other legal bars.
• Residential or unexplained delivery, reshipping, transshipment, diversion, prohibited downstream sale, removal of restrictions, or refusal to identify the end user or intended use.
• Organizations promoting or facilitating unauthorized medical, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, compounding, patient, or consumer use of research-use-only products.
• Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unlawful conduct; attempted security bypass; scraping; credential sharing; chargeback abuse; nonpayment; or material policy breach.

5. Sanctions, export, and anti-diversion review

Pharma Americas may screen organizations, beneficial owners, representatives, consignees, intermediaries, banks, carriers, destinations, and end users against U.S. government and other applicable restrictions; evaluate item, end-use, end-user, and destination controls; require licenses or documentation; block or reject activity; and retain or report records as required or appropriate.

Client may not evade controls through intermediaries, alternate spellings, third-country routing, split transactions, false descriptions, or another account. Client must notify Pharma Americas before any reexport, transfer, destination change, consignee change, ownership change, or other fact that may alter the review.

6. Account issuance and security

• Access is issued to an approved business email and attributed organization. Credentials are confidential, revocable, nontransferable, and limited to authorized business personnel.
• Client must use unique credentials, secure devices, appropriate internal access control, and prompt offboarding when personnel change.
• Client must immediately notify Pharma Americas of suspected credential compromise, unauthorized access, inaccurate account data, or use by a person no longer authorized.
• Catalog content and account-specific pricing are confidential and may not be copied, published, shared with competitors, or used outside the approved organization and transaction evaluation.

7. Ongoing eligibility and re-verification

Eligibility is continuous, not a one-time approval. Pharma Americas may request updated information, suspend ordering during review, limit products or destinations, reset credentials, require additional agreements, adjust credit, or re-verify after a period of inactivity, change in law, change in ownership, unusual order, complaint, safety event, sanctions alert, credential change, or other risk signal.

8. Denial, suspension, and termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharma Americas may deny, limit, suspend, or terminate access or an unaccepted request at any time for any lawful risk, eligibility, capacity, commercial, safety, quality, intended-use, evidence, credit, sanctions, export, jurisdictional, reputational, security, or policy reason. Pharma Americas is not required to disclose confidential screening logic, supplier restrictions, security controls, privileged advice, or information whose disclosure may create risk or violate law.

Termination does not excuse payment, accepted-order, confidentiality, evidence-preservation, indemnity, return, safety, trade, or other surviving obligations. Pharma Americas will not make eligibility decisions on a basis prohibited by applicable law.

9. Approval is not regulatory status

Account or client approval means only that Pharma Americas elected to permit a defined business relationship at that time. It is not a regulator, licensing-body, quality, legal, medical, pharmacy, customs, or professional determination and does not establish that any product, use, destination, claim, transfer, or downstream activity is lawful or appropriate.
